aOur client a family owned restaurant chain was opening a new restaurant and wanted to find a way to increase local awareness. Aviro Launch Services developed a campaign to target new customers, build ongoing loyalty and be able to communicate with their audience in the longer term.

We developed a local facebook campaign targeting specific demographics with an agreed offer and then implemented an automated communication flow (utilising facebook messenger) to engage with the potential customers. Tracking the visits to the restaurant, we were able to show clear return on investment for the ad spend and develop ongoing loyalty and repeat visits.

New customers were made aware of the new restaurant through targeted adverts and through the use of automated conversational flows. To redeem the offer, the consumers had to engage with the restaurants on faceboot messenger. An auto-pilot communication flow was developed so that after the visit feedback on the overall restaurant experience could be managed and the customers could be asked to leave reviews on third party platforms. 

As a result of the work we did the restaurant enjoyed a successful launch period and has developed a local database of warm customers that can now be remarketed to. Additionally, the restaurant has received a number of online reviews which will help its reputation grow in the local area. The restaurant was so pleased with the work they have now engaged the service on a regular basis to further build and talk-to their ever growing database.
